MAINTENANCE
AMS offers our customers a complete HVAC maintenance program. Our regularly
scheduled maintenance helps prevent nuisance service calls and costly
repairs by identifying and repairing small problems before they develop into
major problems.

savings. AMS has a proven maintenance program that will help maximize your
installation’s efficiency and reduce utility costs.
OVERHAUL REPAIRS
AMS employs factory trained technicians experienced in overhaul repairs. AMS
inventories all necessary maintenance parts and can order original OEM parts
directly from the factory on a priority basis. Our overhaul repair service
includes complete disassembling, rebuilding, retubing and other requisite
repairs.
AMS specializes in around the clock overhaul repairs to minimize down time
in
emergency situations.
SERVICE CONTRACTS
AMS offers a wide range of service contracts, from full service contracts
where the customer does not assume any responsibility, to maintenance and
inspectional agreements which are tailored to meet the specific needs of
each customer.
AMS’ contract customers receive priority service with a guaranteed 2 hour
response in emergency situations.
